KH-02 is equipped with dual stainless steel water faucets. The fashionable LED display screen will show reminders for filter replacements and also real time TDS data. 

The machine uses a silent booster pump, which can enhance the using experience and it will be the best option for home use . We can do both  600G,and 800G to meet different water needs. The machine is equipped with 10 inch universal filters, which is easier and cost less during replacement. The environmental friendly filters can reduce unnecessary material waste as well.

Our products can be shipped to more than 100 countries and regions around the world. For domestic logistics, we support mainstream couriers/logistics such as SF Express, Deppon Express, and ZTO Express; for international logistics, we can cooperate with international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight and air freight (selected according to cargo volume and timeliness requirements), and assist in customs clearance throughout the process.

Regular in-stock products will be shipped within 3-5 working days after payment is received; customized products will be shipped within 3 working days after production and inspection are completed. The logistics timeliness varies by receiving area: 1-7 days for domestic, 3-10 days for international courier, and 15-45 days for sea freight, subject to the real-time timeliness of the logistics provider.

We support a variety of payment methods. For domestic orders, we accept corporate-to-corporate transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay; for international orders, we support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal. Payment ratio: 30% advance deposit for in-stock orders, and the balance paid before shipment; 50% advance deposit for customized orders, and the balance paid before shipment after production is completed, to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

Order process: 1.Contact the business specialist to confirm product style, quantity, customization needs and quotation; 2.Both parties sign a formal purchase and sales contract; 3.The customer pays the deposit; 4.We arrange production/stock preparation and synchronize the progress; 5.After production is completed, the customer inspects (video inspection or on-site inspection) and pays the balance; 6.We arrange shipment and synchronize logistics information.

Q10. What is the product warranty period? What does the warranty cover?

All products have a 1-year warranty period. The warranty scope covers core components (excluding filters, which have a 6-month warranty as consumables), the main body, motors, etc., for fault repair and component replacement due to non-human damage. During the warranty period, free maintenance services and replacement parts are provided, with no labor or component fees charged.

Q11. How are issues handled outside the warranty period?

If products fail after the warranty period, you can contact customer service to apply for maintenance. We will provide original factory parts, and only charge component cost + a small amount of labor service fee. The maintenance process is efficient to ensure customers' usage needs; we also provide lifelong technical consulting services to answer questions during use.

Q12. Do the filter cartridges require periodic replacement during product use? What is the replacement cycle?

Filters need to be replaced regularly to ensure water purification effect. Different types of filters have different replacement cycles: PP cotton filter for 3-6 months, activated carbon filter for 6-12 months, RO reverse osmosis filter for 2-3 years. The specific replacement cycle can be appropriately adjusted according to water quality and usage frequency; we will remind customers of the replacement time and provide original factory filters to ensure stable water purification quality.
